Adults Private Parties – Terms & Conditions

• Waivers
All skaters are required to complete a waiver before taking part. Anyone without a completed waiver will not be permitted to skate.
The person named on the booking is responsible for forwarding the waiver link to all participants. Waivers should ideally be completed within 48 hours of booking to allow accurate tracking and smooth running of your session.
If the person named on the booking does not respond to contact attempts from Retro Rollers, the session may be cancelled.

• Booking Fee
Once your date is confirmed, an invoice for the booking fee will be issued. This must be paid on the same day to secure your booking.
If the booking fee is not paid by the deadline, the date will be released and no longer held for you.

• Non-Refundable Fees
All booking fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

• Balance Payment
The remaining balance must be paid in full 7 days before your party date.
If the balance is not received by this deadline, your booking will be cancelled and the slot forfeited.

• Payment Responsibility
Payments cannot be split between individual participants.
All invoices must be paid in full by one appointed group leader, who is responsible for collecting contributions from the rest of the group privately. Retro Rollers cannot accept multiple payments for a single booking.

• Cancellations by You
If you need to cancel your booking:
– Booking fees are non-refundable.
– Cancellations made with more than 7 days’ notice will not receive a refund of the booking fee, but any remaining balance paid in advance will be refunded.
– Cancellations made within 7 days of the party date will not be eligible for any refund.

• Cancellations by Retro Rollers
In the unlikely event that Retro Rollers must cancel your booking (for example, due to venue issues or instructor illness), you will be offered:
– An alternative date, or
– A full refund of all monies paid.

• Group Size & Age Requirements
Parties are for adults aged 18+ only.
Group size limits must be adhered to (Compact Crew: up to 6 / Room to Roll: up to 10).

• Safety Equipment
Skate hire and protective pads are included.
Helmets are strongly advised for all adult skaters. Retro Rollers do not provide helmets - You may bring your own from home.

• Behaviour, Safety & Alcohol
All participants must follow safety instructions at all times. Anyone acting in a way that risks harm to themselves or others may be asked to leave without refund.
Alcohol is strictly prohibited before and during the session. Anyone arriving under the influence of alcohol/substances will not be permitted to skate and no refund will be given.

• Late Arrival
Your session time cannot be extended due to late arrival.
Please ensure your group arrives at least 10 minutes before your start time.

• Communication
A WhatsApp group will be created for your party once your booking is confirmed.
This group will be used to share important information, reminders, and any photos taken during the session.
The person named on the booking is responsible for ensuring guests are added to the group where possible, or for passing along essential details to anyone not using WhatsApp.
