1What’s new with my membership?
From now on, members will enjoy weekly ticket discounts, a virtual sticker reward system, and an online membership code for booking tickets at the member rate.
2 Will my stickers reset?
Single skater members – No, you stay on the same system and keep your stickers.
Multi-skater members – Yes, your sticker account will reset as you move onto the same system as single skaters, but we’ll note your current total so you don’t lose progress.
3How do stickers work now?
Once you collect 10 stickers, you’ll earn 1 discounted ticket.
4Do I get a discounted ticket for each skater when i collect the stickers?
No — it’s now one discounted ticket per full set of 10 stickers, no matter how many skaters are on your membership. If you have multiple skaters, your QR code will be scanned for each skater, so sets fill up quicker and you’ll still earn rewards more often than before.
5Can I use my discounted ticket online?
The extra discounted ticket from stickers can only be applied to in-person tickets (not online bookings).
6What is the online membership code?
This is new! Members will receive a code to book tickets online at the member price.
The discount can only be applied to named members on the membership — if you are booking for friends or family who are not members, they must book separately using a different email, due to system restrictions.
Your code is valid for the term of your membership. At renewal, you’ll need to request a RESET, as it will not be actioned automatically.
7How do member discounts work online?
Members use their personal discount code at checkout.
⚠️ If you forget to enter your code, the system will charge the full £6 — this cannot be refunded afterwards.
8What happens if I forget my member code?
Please refer to your emails as your code will be sent to you. At renewal, you’ll need to request a new code, as it will not be sent automatically.
9What if my code doesn’t work online?
Please contact us directly before making the booking, as refunds cannot be issued afterwards.
10What about my waiver?
No change — members still only need to complete their waiver once per year, instead of for every session.

We’re making these updates to make things fairer, more sustainable, and more enjoyable for everyone — members and non-members alike. The changes will help us manage bookings, waivers, and ticketing more easily, keeping sessions running smoothly and ensuring everyone has a fun and organised experience. Members will also benefit from weekly discounts, quicker sticker rewards, and online booking.
