Do I need to be a member to skate?
No. Membership is completely optional. You can skate at any session by booking a ticket — membership is designed for those who skate with us regularly.
How long does membership last?
Membership lasts for 12 months from the date you join.
What discounts do members receive?
Members receive a personal discount code for online bookings, plus additional savings when booking in person in advance.
Do I still need to book tickets?
Yes. Membership does not replace event bookings — tickets must still be booked for each session.
How does the loyalty scheme work?
Members scan their unique QR code at sessions to collect virtual loyalty stickers. Once your card is full, you can redeem it for discounts. The following week is a 'reset' week where your stickers will be reset and you can then start collection again the following week
Do members still need to complete a waiver?
Yes — but only once per year. Members complete a single annual waiver instead of a new one for every event.
The only other time you will need to complete one is if any of your details change.
Can children be members?
Yes. Membership is available for both adults and children alike. A parent or guardian manages membership details for under-18s.
I forgot to use my member discount code when booking online
Member discount codes must be applied at the time of booking. Unfortunately, we’re unable to apply discounts retrospectively once a booking has been completed.
Why haven’t I received a member discount?
Member discounts only apply to sessions where discounts are offered by Retro Rollers.
Discounted pricing is available when:
Booking online before the booking deadline using your member discount code, or
Booking in person in advance.
If the above conditions aren’t met, the standard ticket price will apply.
Some sessions may also be excluded from member discounts.
