Booking Confirmation

  • Once your party date is agreed, an invoice for the booking fee will be issued. This fee must be paid on the same day to secure the booking.
  • If payment is not received by the deadline stated on the invoice, the date will be released and may be offered to another booking.

Non-Refundable Booking Fee

  • All booking fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

Balance Payment

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full 7 days before your party date.
  • If the balance is not received by this deadline, the booking will be cancelled and the session forfeited. The booking fee will not be refunded.

Payment Responsibility

  • Retro Rollers cannot accept split payments.
  • All payments must be made by one appointed group organiser, who is responsible for collecting any contributions from participants privately.

Waivers

  • All skaters must complete a Retro Rollers waiver form before taking part.
  • Anyone without a completed waiver will not be permitted to skate.
  • The person named on the booking is responsible for forwarding the waiver link to all participants and ensuring it is completed.
  • Waivers should ideally be completed within 48 hours of booking to allow accurate tracking and smooth running of your session.
  • If the booking organiser does not respond to contact attempts from Retro Rollers regarding required documentation, the session may be cancelled.

Group Size

  • Private parties are limited to the maximum group size stated at the time of booking.
  • For safety and venue capacity reasons, additional skaters cannot be added 

Safety Equipment

  • Skate hire is included in the party package.

 

  • All skaters under the age of 18 must wear the following safety equipment at all times whilst skating:
  • • Helmet
    • Knee pads
    • Elbow pads
    • Wrist guards
  • There are no exceptions to this rule.

 

  • Helmets are not supplied by Retro Rollers and must be brought by each skater.
  • Pads may be available to borrow on a limited basis, however availability cannot be guaranteed.
  • Safety equipment is not mandatory for adult skaters, but it is strongly recommended. Helmets are strongly advised for all adult participants.

Behaviour & Safety

  • All participants must follow the instructions of Retro Rollers staff at all times.
  • Anyone behaving in a way that risks harm to themselves or others may be asked to leave the session immediately. No refunds will be given in these circumstances.

Alcohol & Substances

  • Alcohol and recreational substances are strictly prohibited before and during the session.
  • Anyone arriving under the influence will not be permitted to skate and no refund will be issued.

Late Arrival

  • Session times cannot be extended due to late arrival.
  • Your booking time includes kitting up at the start and removing equipment at the end.
  • Please ensure your group arrives at least 5 minutes before the session start time.

Cancellations by You

If you need to cancel your booking:

• Booking fees are non-refundable
• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the session will not receive a refund of the booking fee, but any remaining balance already paid will be refunded
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the session are not eligible for any refund

Cancellations by Retro Rollers

In the unlikely event that Retro Rollers must cancel your booking (for example due to venue issues, staffing issues or circumstances beyond our control), you will be offered:

• An alternative date, or
• A full refund of all monies paid

Photos & Videos

  • Guests are welcome to take photos and videos during the session. If sharing on social media, we always appreciate being tagged.
  • Please also be aware that photos or videos may occasionally be taken by Retro Rollers during sessions for promotional purposes across our website and social media platforms.
  • By attending the session, participants acknowledge and agree that images may be used for these purposes.

Communication

  • Retro Rollers may contact the booking organiser by email, Whatsapp or telephone regarding the session.
  • Please ensure  that you save our contact details and check spam folders to avoid missing important information about your booking.
