Waivers
All skaters must have a completed waiver before taking part.
Please select the correct waiver below and ensure it is completed in full before your session.
Skaters without a completed waiver will not be permitted to skate.
All skaters must complete an adult or child waiver. Additional acknowledgements may apply in some situations.

Adult Waiver
For skaters aged 18 and over.
Each adult skater must complete their own waiver
Child Waiver
For skaters under the age of 18.
A parent/legal guardian must complete the waiver on their behalf
Carer Acknowledgement – Wheelchair Participation
For carers skating whilst pushing a wheelchair. Please complete in addition to the standard adult or child waiver.

Before you complete your waiver
• Waivers must be completed before skating.
• The correct waiver must be selected (adult or child).
• Child waivers must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.
• If the waiver is not completed correctly, skating may be delayed or refused.
